Human Resource Development Policy

To pursue our group management vision of "The Group aims to be a Company that serves customers' needs and is essential to society," we consider the development of human resources who can lead our company to sustained growth and prosperity a crucial theme. In particular, we are focusing on cultivating individuals who think and act autonomously and leaders capable of guiding the company to further prosperity. Following our management integration in April 2024, we have been actively creating opportunities for communication between management and employees to foster a deeper understanding of our vision and human resource development strategies.
Additionally, we are building systems and frameworks designed to thoroughly encourage autonomous thinking and proactive behavior in all aspects of our operations. By promoting challenges on highly complex themes, thereby allowing employees to accumulate diverse experiences from both successes and failures, we are working to establish and embed systems that appropriately recognize and reward those who contribute and collaborate for the benefit of the company, our customers, and their colleagues.
Furthermore, to achieve even greater corporate value in the future, we will proactively recruit and appoint personnel possessing the specialized knowledge and advanced skills necessary for our continued success. Based on this policy, we will reinvest the profits generated by the company into the growth and development of our employees, supporting their continuous advancement.

Workplace Environment and Human Capital Development Policy

Our group is committed to fostering a corporate culture of active communication based on our core principles of "Contribution, Collaboration, and Praise." This culture promotes mutual learning and creates an environment where every employee can thrive and grow.
In addition, we empower employees to maximize their potential by offering personalized support and cultivating a flexible work environment that accommodates diverse life stages. We strive to create an inclusive and supportive working environment for everyone, regardless of age, gender, or nationality, thereby aiming to drive sustainable growth for our group.
Regarding our health and wellness initiatives, we are enhancing our systems for managing employee participation in comprehensive and routine health check-ups, and for ensuring follow-up on recommended re-examinations. In terms of mental well-being, we implement stress checks and provide opportunities for consultations with occupational health physicians to bolster care. We will continue to cultivate a work environment that allows employees to perform their duties with confidence and security.
