The process used to identify the Group's material issues is as follows.

Step 1 Identify and consolidate potential issues based on our Code of Conduct, TCFD recommendations, and other relevant frameworks.
Step 2 Relevant internal departments driving sustainability initiatives assess the significance and impact of these potential issues from the perspectives of key stakeholders (customers, employees, shareholders) and management.
Step 3 Based on the assessment results, identify key issues from both management's and other stakeholders' perspectives.
Step 4 Identify Material Issues by analyzing the critical issues and their components, aligning the assessment with our sustainability vision.
