Vision

A management vision is an image of a future or ideal state that is feasible and can be maintained unchanged over the long term. Pursuing that state is a continuous quest. Based on these parameters, the Group has settled on the following Vision: "The Group aims to be a Company that serves customers' needs and is essential to society."

In this Vision we define "customer" broadly. "Customers" extends not only to those with whom we do business directly but also to those customers' customers and their end users. The Group addresses its responsibilities to customers with firm resolve.

"Needs" also takes on a broad meaning. "Needs" includes not only customers' present concerns (revealed needs) but also needs the customer has not yet recognized and needs that are not clearly defined ("latent needs"). With respect to all of these needs, the Group makes its best efforts to exceed customer expectations and table proposals that captivate customers' imaginations.

We believe that fostering success in our customers serves the interests of their end users and so contributes to society as a whole. It is through these efforts that the Ryoyo Ryosan Group strives to be a corporate Group that is needed by society.

Guidelines for Action

To achieve the Group's management Vision, employees of the Ryoyo Ryosan Group apply the principles of contribution, collaboration and praise in Guidelines for Action.

"Contribution" means taking forward-looking action to play a valuable role for customers, business partners, shareholders and colleagues. "Collaboration" is the quest for victory as a team and by extension thinking and acting as a team player to foster one's own growth as an individual. "Praise" means praising and celebrating team members whenever they add value, however minor, to build the combined strength of the team.

By putting contribution, collaboration and praise to work, Ryoyo Ryosan Group employees foster an open and natural workplace culture and build powerful and effective team strength.
